Sushi Bento, Ashrafieh

Environment: It is a vast lovely well decorated place. Everything was crystal clear and the staff makes sure that you do not need anything, they are always present, especially the manager who is very very friendly. You can see that he is well trained and does his work from step 1 by presenting himself and explaining the menu to you and proposing some specialties. However, some people may find him a bit too friendly as I heard many complaints about how much he interferes.

The order arrived in an acceptable range of time and it was accurate.

Order: Crunchy salmon salad, different sushi pieces and mochi.
I will start by recommending their kiwi specialty: yummy. Fresh and original, these bites were very satisfying, loved the combination.

The salmon wraps were delicious too.

Of course some pieces were better than the others and pieces like crazy sesame did not meet our expectations, they were way too dry and chewy.
The other pieces were average, not bad but lacked some taste.

The mango were disappointing, they were chewy and lacked taste.
The crunchy salmon salad was nicely presented, the first bite was not impressing and it had a weird taste I do not know why but the rest of it was good especially that we added soy sauce on it.

The mochi are good, there were not many flavors left so they chose them for us. The melon one was very tasty and full of flavors!

The overall quality/price experience is okay but we paid more than usual and were not fulfilled at all.

PS: It is written on their menu that they give sushi courses but the manager said that they are not currently but I think its a good idea!
